On May 11th, the largest artificial intelligence and related industry exhibition in Japan, AI EXPO TOKYO Spring, opened in Tokyo. As a global leader in hyperspectral imaging technology, Hypernano presented four new products including the latest hyperspectral industrial cameras and hyperspectral camera micro modules at this exhibition, showcasing comprehensive solutions for various industries such as hyperspectral industrial testing and consumer electronics hyperspectral imaging testing to global consumers.

-01- Hard Core New Products Jointly Appear, Hypernano Create a Hyperspectral Product Matrix

In the era of the Internet of Things, perception has become the foundation for terminal intelligence to understand the world. Nowadays, the 4D hyperspectral imaging technology, which can digitize the composition of the physical world, is providing more meta and more realistic physical information input for the era of the Internet of Things, helping various devices better understand the world.

In response to the significantly growing demand for hyperspectral imaging technology in various industries, Hypernano officially launched four new products at this exhibition: visible near-infrared hyperspectral industrial cameras, shortwave infrared hyperspectral industrial cameras, hyperspectral camera micro modules, and ultra-thin hyperspectral camera micro modules, creating a hard core hyperspectral imaging product matrix that covers various hyperspectral application scenarios.

Visible Near Infrared Hyperspectral Industrial Camera

The spectral visible near-infrared hyperspectral industrial camera is a new type of hyperspectral camera based on an FPI (Fabry Perot interferometer) tunable filter. Compared with traditional hyperspectral cameras, this camera has small size, light weight, and low power consumption. Based on the advantages of MEMS FPI technology, the camera also has unique advantages such as fast speed, large aperture, high spectral resolution, and continuously adjustable spectral range. In addition, camera photography can obtain hyperspectral data, which can be widely used in various fields such as color calibration, food detection, light source detection, and OLED screen brightness uniformity detection.

Short wave infrared hyperspectral industrial camera

The sea spectrum short wave infrared hyperspectral industrial camera mainly consists of a MEMS FPI tunable filter and a short wave infrared camera, with a detectable wavelength range of 950nm-1650nm. This camera is compact in size and easy to use, with continuously adjustable band values obtained. It can also cut the number of bands according to needs to increase the frame rate of hyperspectral data collection. It can be applied to multiple fields such as environmental monitoring, water quality testing, industrial product sorting, food quality testing, medical and pharmaceutical testing.

Hyperspectral Camera Micro Module&Ultra Thin Hyperspectral Camera Micro Module

The Hypernano hyperspectral camera micro module and the ultra-thin hyperspectral camera micro module are specifically designed for the consumer electronics field. The two modules integrate MEMS FPI and CMOS sensors, and the image sensor and lens can be customized according to customer needs, and hyperspectral data can be obtained by shooting. The miniaturized module is compact in size, providing the possibility of integrating into various consumer electronic devices such as mobile phones and IOTs, allowing consumers to inspect food and daily necessities anytime and anywhere.

-02- Provide comprehensive solutions for multiple industries, opening up a full spectrum of commercial scenarios

In addition to the four products launched, Hypernano also showcased multi industry solutions such as hyperspectral industrial testing and consumer electronics hyperspectral imaging testing at this exhibition, committed to jointly opening up the full spectrum of hyperspectral commercial scenarios with downstream enterprises.

In response to the increasing demand for food and daily material testing by the public, Hypernano has launched a consumer electronic hyperspectral imaging testing solution. This solution can intelligently analyze the quality of fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, grains, and oils, identify fabrics and other daily necessities, and provide efficient, non-destructive, qualitative and quantitative quality testing for agricultural products, food, and daily chemical testing scenarios.

In the field of skin detection, the hyperspectral imaging solution of sea spectrum can accurately detect skin color, detect the distribution of subcutaneous aerobic and anaerobic hemoglobin, melanin, and color spots, and provide detection and warning for skin diseases.

In the field of industrial testing, spectral hyperspectral imaging solutions can achieve chemical product sorting and quality screening, detect precise colors of various products, and achieve real-time millisecond level online detection.

In the field of color perception detection, the ocean spectral hyperspectral imaging solution can record the complete visible spectrum of each image pixel, accurately analyze, inspect, and measure colors, bringing about a "digital revolution" in color calibration. It can be applied to multiple fields such as printing anti-counterfeiting and color difference detection.

The digitization process of the physical world is profoundly affecting our production and life, and the leap of computer vision from 2D and 3D vision to hyperspectral imaging technology is becoming an irreversible trend. As a leading global provider of hyperspectral imaging solutions, Hypernano will seize the development opportunities of the digital economy and intelligent economy, develop customized and universal industry solutions for various scene pain points and customer demands, and continue to provide global consumers with a super perceptual hyperspectral visual application experience.
